India: Finish long steel imports up 23% m-o-m in Sep’20

India’s finished steel imports increased by 23.3% m-o-m to 16,926 t in Sep’20 as against 13,728 t in Aug’20. China stood as the top exporter of long steel at 5,617 t, up 19% against 4,730 t in Aug’20. On a yearly basis, imports dropped by 5% as compared to 17,811 t in Sep’19.
