The Ministry of Finance has removed the anti-dumping duty (ADD) on colour-coated/pre-painted flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel, as per a notification issued on 13 Jan’22.
The ADD was applicable on imports whose value was below $822/t CFR India for five years, as per a notification dated 17 Oct’17. The value had been revised down from $849/t CFR which was announced on 11 Jan’17 for a period of six months.
