India: Ferrous scrap imports rise 8% m-o-m in June

India imported 381,306 t of ferrous scrap in Jun’22, a rise of 8% m-o-m from 352,936 t in May.
The UAE continued to be the major supplier at 84,702 t followed by Venezuela, the UK, and South Africa.
On a y-o-y basis, import volumes increased by 18% from 324,354 t in Jun’21.
