India’s ferro vanadium (FeV 50%) prices rose by INR 16,500/t ($187/t) w-o-w to INR 1,126,500/t ($12,783) ex-Raipur. The sharp rise could be attributed to tightening domestic supply, alongside a notable uptick of RMB 400/t ($56/t) in Chinese prices. Limited availability and bullish overseas sentiment may further fuel upward momentum in the Indian market.
