India: Ferro vanadium market sees minimal price movements amid supplier-buyer stalemate

Indian ferro vanadium (FeV 50%) prices remained stable w-o-w, edging down by INR 3,500/t ($41/t) to INR 1,083,200/t ($12,612/t) exw-Raipur. Weak downstream demand made buyers reluctant to accept higher prices, resulting in low trading activity. However, manufacturers tried to push prices due to cost pressures. Suppliers and buyers are in a stalemate, and the market is likely to remain stagnant in the near term.
