According to the Indian customs, the country has witnessed no change in its exports volume in Jun’17, on M-o-M comparison.
In Jun’17, India exported a total of 0.13 MnT Ferro Alloys against similar volume in May’17. However, on yearly basis, there has been a substantial increase of 18% Y-o-Y in its exports volume which stood at 0.11 MnT in Jun’16.
Silico Manganese occupied the major volume of India Ferro Alloy exports at 59,997 MT in Jun’17 registering a decrease of 6% M-o-M. Japan was the largest importer of Indian Silico Manganese at 8,537 MT in Jun’17, recording a substantial decrease of 29% M-o-M.
Ferro Chrome was the second largest exported Ferro alloy by India at 49,508 MT in Jun’17, recording a decrease of 4% M-o-M. In Jun’17, South Korea remained the largest importer of Indian Ferro Chrome at 13,417 MT.
A total of 16,494 MT of Ferro Manganese has also been exported in Jun’17, and UAE remains the largest importer of the same.
