Essel Mining – a major Odisha-based merchant miner – has increased its iron ore fines and lump offer from its Koira mines by INR 600 ($8) & INR 700/t ($9) respectively, SteelMint learnt from sources. Revised offers will come into effect from tomorrow onwards. This is miners’ 3rd hike announced this month. Odisha iron ore prices have rallied on supply tightness as majority of auctioned mining leases yet to resume production.
