India: Eastern India-based pellet producers conclude export deals for over 170,000 t

Indian pellet export trade picked up ahead of the Lunar New Year holidays, sources informed BigMint. Eastern India-based producers concluded export deals for around 175,000 t of pellets.

• An Odisha-based maker concluded deals for around 120,000 t (Fe 63%, 7-8% AL2O3+SiO2) last weekend at $111-113/t CFR China for February shipment.
• Another seller concluded a 55,000-t (Fe63%) export deal at $113/t CFR China.
