Domestic stainless steel scrap prices remained rangebound today compared to 7 Jun’22 amid limited buying inquiries from the major mills and lower traded volumes, souces informed. SteelMint’s assessment for 304 grade scrap stands at INR 151,000/t ($1,942/t) exy-Delhi, while 316 grade prices stand at INR 235,000/t ($3,023/t) exy-Delhi. However, the major mills are still in a wait-and-watch mode.
