India: Domestic mill scale prices increase following rise in pellet offers

Domestic mill scale prices are assessed at INR 3,650/t exw-Raipur, up INR 200/t w-o-w. The recovery in pellet offers led to the hike in mill scale offers.
The current assessment for mill scale (Fe 70/68%) stands at INR 5,600/t DAP Kandla, up INR 100/t w-o-w.
Leading domestic steel manufacturer Tata Steel in Angul sold 300 t of mill scale at INR 8,650/t exw recently.
