Induction furnace re-bar demand remained subdued for the third day in a row across major markets. Despite weak demand and trade in the spot market, re-bar prices got support from higher raw material prices as well as manufacturers not willing to reduce offers despite lack of trade and rising inventories at mills. Prices on a daily basis are expected to remain volatile.
