India: Delhi HC extends Sarda Mines case hearing date to Nov-end

Delhi High Court has extended the hearing date of Sarda Mines and JSPL’s case to Nov-end, SteelMint learned from sources. Meanwhile, Sarda Mines has been allowed to continue its iron ore mining operations till the date. Prior to this, Odisha’s mining department had halted both mining and despatches on 23 Oct’20 on how stacks were arranged etc after which operations resumed on 05 Nov’20.
