CRCA busheling scrap prices trended up in major markets by up to INR 500/t except for the southern region. Many traders in south India were not active today due to the upcoming festival of Pongal but prices remained firm on a d-o-d basis. CRC busheling scrap offers are assessed at INR 42,400-42,700/t in Mandi Gobindhgarh, INR 40,100-40,500/t in Chennai, and INR 40,100-40,400/t in Jalna – all on a DAP basis.
