CRCA busheling scrap prices rose by around INR 500/t in the north India-based markets following positive movements in finished steel product prices amid tempered supply. Prices remained supported in the Chennai and Jalna markets, increasing by around INR 300/t on account of hikes in other markets, which prompted scrap suppliers to raise offers marginally, particularly in the western region.
