CRC scrap prices witnessed a nominal correction of INR 200-300/t in a few specific regions in north and south India. However, in the western region prices remained supported on 27 Aug’21. Prevailing CRC sheet cutting scrap offers are assessed at INR 39,100-39,500/t at Mandi Gobindhgarh, at INR 36,500-36,900/t in Chennai and at INR 37,800-38,200/t in Jalna, Maharashtra on DAP basis, excluding GST.
