CR busheling scrap prices remained unchanged in the Ludhiana and Chennai today, while prices in the Jalna market in western India witnessed a sharp rise of INR 1,000/t on account of shortage of scrap in the region. CR busheling scrap offers are assessed at INR 50,400-50,800/t in Mandi Gobindhgarh, INR 50,300-50,700/t in Ludhiana, INR 49,400-49,800/t in Jalna and INR 49,300-49,700/t in Chennai on a DAP basis.
