CR busheling scrap prices rose by INR 800/t in Punjab, north India, on account of healthy transactions in semi-finished steel. Markets in the western region and those in south India witnessed a minor rise in prices. CR busheling scrap offers are assessed at INR 44,400-44,700/t in Mandi Gobindhgarh, INR 43,900-44,200/t in Ludhiana, INR 41,700-42,100/t in Jalna and INR 41,700-42,000/t in Chennai on a DAP basis.
