Coal prices in reseller’s market have risen marginally in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. As per CoalMint assessment, prices for 4500 kcal/kg GCV grade run of mine (ROM) coal were assessed at INR 13,725/t today, up by INR 225/t d-o-d, while 5000 kcal/kg GCV ROM coal prices stood at INR 15,250/t, up by 250/t. Increased demand and supply issues due to rakes unavailability is giving push to domestic coal prices in India.
