Coal India Ltd (CIL) has recorded coal loading at an average of 281.5 rakes/day in Nov’22, up 14% m-o-m from 246.1 rakes/day in Oct’22. This is the highest rake movement registered since Jun’22 indicating a sharp recovery after an extended spell of incessant rains. Of this, coal loading meant for power sector stood at 265.9 rakes/day during the month, rising 12% m-o-m.
