India: Chhattisgarh power regulator hikes tariffs by 4.5% for high voltage steel industries

Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission has announced a hike in power tariffs by 4.5% i.e., INR 0.25/unit for high voltage steel industries (132 kV and 220 kV) for FY24. For 132 kV, tariffs have been raised from INR 5.60 kVAh to INR 5.85 kVAh and for 220 kV, from INR 5.45 kVAh to INR 5.70 kVAh.
