India: Chandrapur’s iron ore offers spurt by INR 500/t ($6/t) w-o-w

Iron ore fines (0-10 mm, Fe 63%) offers in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, rose by INR 500/t ($6/t) w-o-w to INR 5,750/t ($66/t) FOR Balharshah on 1 Aug’25. Similarly, offers for iron ore lumps increased by INR 500/t ($6/t) to INR 9,650/t ($110/t) FOR Chandrapur.
The upward revision in NMDC’s iron ore prices, coupled with firm sentiment in the pellet market, has contributed to the hike in iron ore offers in the region.
