SAIL-Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) conducted an auction on 19 Oct’24 for 3,000 t of steel-grade pig iron, in which the entire volume was sold at an average price of INR 36,800/t exw. Earlier, on 15 Oct, RSP auctioned 3,000 t of steel-grade pig iron, in which only 700 t were booked at an average price of INR 38,500/t exw.
