SMIORE had an auction for 204,000 t of iron ore on 22-23 May’24 from its Sandur mines.
- Entire quantity of 152,000 t fines (Fe 54.6-58.8%) got booked at the base price of INR 2,750-3,580/t.
- Out of 52,000 t offered, 38,000 t lumps (5-40 mm, Fe 55-58.50%) got booked at INR 4,220-5,970/t.
- Prices are on ex-mines basis, including royalty, DMF and NMET.
