SAIL conducted an auction for 8,550 t (2,850 t x 3 rakes) of basic grade pig iron on 10 Feb ’21 from its Bokaro Steel Plant, Jharkhand. Entire material was booked at INR 30,350/t exw, sources reported to SteelMint. Bids increased by INR 1,150/t as compared to the previous auction conducted on 03rd Feb in which, entire quantity (8,550 t) was sold at 29,200/t exw.
