Orissa Mining Corp (OMC) had scheduled its iron ore e-auction today for 492,000 t. The entire quantity offered was booked, SteelMint learned from its sources. Fines lots fetched bids higher upto INR 1,250/t over the set base price. The lot containing lump fetched bids higher by INR 2,000 over the set base price. The miner had increased the base price by INR 300/t against last auction’s base price held in Jul’20.
