At Odisha Mining Corporation’s (OMC) iron ore fines e-auction today, the entire quantity of 1.06 mn t was booked, with bids climbing up to INR 250/t over the set base price. The base price for the auction had been increased by up to INR 500/t as against the last iron ore fines e-auction conducted by the state PSU miner on 10 May’21. The material offered was from OMC’s Gandhamardan, Daitari, Koira, Jilling, Tiring Pahar and Guali mines in Odisha.
