India: Bids remain stable at NMDC’s Kumaraswamy auction

At NMDC’s e-auction on 24 Nov’21 from its Kumaraswamy mines, 184,000 t of iron ore was booked out of a total of 299,000 t.

• JSW was the largest buyer at 120,000 t followed by SLR Metaliks Ltd. and Jai Raj Ispat Ltd. at 12,000 t each.
• The iron ore lumps (Fe 64.47%) lot was booked at INR 5,284/t (basic, taxes extra), largely stable against the last auction on 28 Oct.
