Odisha state owned miner, OMC (Odisha Mining Corporation), have received bids higher by up to INR 1,900/t ($26) for its 545,000 t iron ore fines auction concluded today, SteelMint checked from its channels. This hike is attributed to tight availability of iron ore in Odisha post mines auction. OMC is one of the largest merchant miner with an annual production of ~13 mnt pa.
