SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) held an auction for 11,950 t of steel-grade pig iron on 7 March’24. According to sources, the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 36,300/t exw.
Bids increased sharply by INR 450/t compared to the last auction (28 Feb) at which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 35,850/t exw.
