SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) conducted an auction on 13 Aug’25 for 1,200 t of steel-grade pig iron, in which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 33,450/t exw. This marks an increase of INR 1,000/t compared to the previous auction on 22 Jul, in which the total quantity of 2,500 t was sold at INR 32,450/t exw.
