SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) conducted an auction on 24 Oct’25 for 3,800 t of steel-grade pig iron, in which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 30,550/t exw. This marked a decrease of INR 1,300/t compared to the previous auction on 18 Oct, in which out of 4,500 t, 700 t were sold at INR 31,850/t exw.
