SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) held an auction for 5,980 t of steel-grade pig iron on 28 Feb’24. According to sources, entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 35,800-36,100/t exw.
Bids dropped around INR 200-300/t compared to the last auction (15 Dec) at which entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 36,250/t exw.
