Auto parts producers in northern and western India held multiple auctions of mild steel melting scrap this week. At an auction on 7 Oct’22 from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, 400 t of CR-busheling punching received bids at INR 45,000/t exw. Meanwhile, in another auction from Halol-Gujarat on the same day for 250 t of similar grade of material, received bids at INR 45,350/t exw.
