At the Vedanta-FACOR ferro chrome auction on 17 Jun’24, the larger lot of 10-150 mm achieved an H1 price of INR 109,100/t, a 3% increase from the 5 June auction. Smaller lots were also sold at the same price. Rising offers amid tight supply of the material could be attributed to the rise in bid prices. Official confirmation regarding results is awaited.
