Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction today for 136,000 t of iron ore fines from its Bolani iron ore mines in Odisha. Out of the total quantity, they have received bids for 56,000 t at around INR 8,800/t (loaded, including Royalty, DMF and NMET), market sources reported to SteelMint. The material put to auction was of Fe 62.5% grade which fetched INR 730-740/t lower than the last auction held on 21 Jun’21.
