India: Bid prices fall by over INR 900/t at SAIL-RSP pig iron auction

SAIL-Rourkela Steel Plant held an auction for 2,000 t of steel grade pig iron on 10 Sep’22, of which 1,000 t (50%) was booked at an average price of INR 43,550/t exw.
In the previous auction conducted on 3 Sep’22 for the same grade, 1,300 t was booked at an average price of INR 44,471/t exw out of the total 1,500 t put on offer.
