India: BHEL floats 105 t of ferro silicon purchase tender

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), the corporate entity of Vizag Steel, has invited bids for procurement of 105 t (40-150 mm) of HC ferro silicon (70% min) for three months from purchase order date. The last date for bid submission is 20 Jan’23. SteelMint’s assessment for ferro silicon prices stood at around INR 1,18,000/t exw-Guwahati on 6 Jan’23.
