India: Bhagyalaxmi rolling mill increases rebar offer by INR 400/t ($5)

Bhagyalaxmi Rolling Mill Pvt. Ltd, (Polaad TMT), one of the leading rebar manufacturing mills in Jalna, western India has increased rebar offer by INR 400/t. The current rebar (10-25 mm) offers stands at INR 37,700/t exw. While on a weekly comparison, the company’s rebar prices have surged by around INR 1,600/t. Adequate demand from nearby states and sufficient future orders in hand have led to the price hike, sources shared with SteelMint. The company has around 2,000 t daily rebar production capacity.
