Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Karnataka’s Bellary increased by INR 500/t on 29 Sep’21. C-DRI prices stood at INR 31,300/t ($421). Around 2,800 t of C-DRI deals were reported. About 1,500 t of P-DRI deals were confirmed at INR 30,500/t against offers at INR 30,700/t, exw. Producers raised prices on rising demand and a few bookings in hand for the next couple of weeks.
