Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Karnataka’s Bellary moved up by INR 100/t, while C-DRI prices rose by INR 400/t on 29 Jul’21.Offers for sponge C-DRI stand at INR 30,300/t ($408), whereas a few bids were assessed at INR 30,200/t exw-Bellary. Around 600 t of deals were confirmed by SteelMint today. In addition, about 3,200 t of P-DRI deals were confirmed at INR 28,900-29,200/t against offers at INR 29,300-29,500/t exw.
