India: Bellary pellet prices pick up in recent trade

SteelMint’s assessment for iron ore pellets (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary increased to INR 10,600/t exw today against INR 9,600/t assessed on 24 Dec’21.

• Confirmed deals for 15,000 t were recorded in this publishing window at around INR 10,300-11,000/t exw.
• However, pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices increased to INR 30,200/t exw against INR 28,900/t assessed on 24 Dec’21.
