Karnataka, Bellary-based iron ore pellet producers have increased their offers recently, as per SteelMint reports. Currently, pellet (Fe 63%) offers are in the range of INR 12,500-13,000/t, exw-Bellary, compared to previous offers of INR 12,000/t, exw, assessed on 28 May’21. Also, deals have been heard concluded for pellets at INR 12,300-12,500/t, exw, for about 15,000 t in the last couple of days. Hike in sponge iron offers and active pellet bookings in the past week have lifted offers.
