India’s primary producers have increased aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by up to INR 1,500/t ($18/t) today. Balco’s prices are at INR 244,500/t ($2,929/t) and Hindalco’s at INR 243,500/t ($2,917/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,517/t.
