Bharat Aluminium Company (Balco) has raised primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 1,250/t ($16/t) d-o-d today. Post revision, Balco’s effective price stands at INR 216,250/t ($2,712/t). Nominal recovery in exchange futures and spot prices may be the factor behind the marginal hike in prices announced by Balco, SteelMint learnt from sources.
