Automobile component producers based in north and west India received good response for stainless steel (SS) scrap and HR-CR mixed busheling scrap auctions. Currently in north India, SS scrap prices are traded at INR 57,000-58000/t but a Rajasthan-based auto parts producer received bid for the same material at INR 59,000/t. HR-CR mixed busheling scrap also fetched higher bids.
