India: Around 40,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka is set to auction 39,400 t of iron ore lumps.

• Vedanta: 24,000 t iron ore lumps (6-40 mm, Fe 52-54%) from its A.Narrain mines on 7 Aug’24. Floor prices are yet to be declared.
• R. Praveen Chandra: 15,400 t lumps (6-30 mm, Fe 54.60-59.50%) from its John mines on 9 Aug’24. Floor prices has been set at INR 4,100-5,275/t.
• R.Praveen Chandra’s prices include taxes. Vedanta’s prices exclude taxes.
