India: Around 150,000 t iron ore booked at Vedanta’s auction from Karnataka

Vedanta conducted an auction on 6 Oct’22 for sale of 148,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe57.5%) from A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district. According to sources, the entire quantity of around 148,000 t of fines was booked at the floor price of around INR 1,325/t. Prices exclude royalty, DMF and NMET.
