Sponge iron, PDRI (FeM 80%), prices in Karnataka’s Bellary surged INR 650/t, while iron ore-based DRI (CDRI) prices increased up to INR 400/t on 30 May’22.
- 6,000 t of PDRI deals were confirmed at INR 32,000-32,200/t exw against offers at INR 32,200/t exw.
- CDRI assessment stands at INR 32,800/t exw and 7,300 t of deals were reported.
- Billet prices in Hyderabad increased by INR 500/t d-o-d.
