India’s leading producer of structural steel tubes and sections – APL Apollo Tubes Limited is planning to increase pipe prices by INR 1000/t w.e.f 1st Nov’20, SteelMint learned from industry sources. Meanwhile, current offers for base grade (25-125 NB, 2.2-8 mm thickness) are at INR 46,000/t (ex-Raipur), INR 47,750/t (ex-Mumbai), INR 47,500 (ex-Delhi). The company has a capacity to produce 2.5 Mn t pa tubes and sections.
