India’s leading branded structural steel tubes producer-APL Apollo Tubes Limited, has increased pipe price by INR 1,000/t to INR 55,500/t ($762) FoR in Chhattisgarh, effective from today. This is the first price hike made by the company in Mar ’21. Meanwhile, the current offer for the base grade (25-125 NB, 2.2-8 mm thickness) stands at INR 58,250/t (exy-Mumbai) and INR 57,000/t (exy-Delhi). The company has raised pipe prices following a hike in raw material costs.
